Accessibility

Punctual wants everyone to be able to use punctual.works, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the most widely used standard for web accessibility.
What we do
- Text and controls meet WCAG contrast requirements in both light and dark mode.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Every form field has a label that screen readers announce.
- Pages use a clear heading structure, so you can move between sections quickly.
- Moving content can be paused, and it does not play at all if your device is set to reduce motion.
- We test with automated tools and by hand when we change the site.
Known limitations
The illustration of the Punctual device on our homepage imitates its small screen, so its text is small. The illustration is decorative, and the same information appears in the text around it.
Tell us about a problem
If anything on this site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email hello@punctual.works. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We will reply within five business days and, where we can, provide the information another way in the meantime.
